You can receive the unit if all three conditions are met:

1. digital tv (if not, you can buy a matching ground wave digital set-top box) (you need a digital tv from recent years, old digital tvs may not be able to receive it}

2. **antenna placement:** ideally, place the antenna on the second floor or higher, in a location with good visibility, such as a window, balcony, or rooftop. in rural areas, a rooftop location is essential. avoid placing it on the first floor or near the tv. the installation location is crucial, so experiment with different placements to find the optimal position. remember to rescan for channels each time you adjust the location.

3. there is a ground wave transmitting station in the local area

The maximum number of units accepted is determined by the number of units opened by the transmitting station)

Urban and rural areas should be no more than 30 kilometers away from the county seat.

General operating steps. actual tv operation may vary. adapt the steps to your specific tv model, but the underlying principles remain the same.

Step a:

1. plug the antenna into the tv. place the receiver outdoors on a balcony or window at or above the second floor. in rural areas, install it on the roof (remember not to place it next to the tv or on the first floor).

2. use the tv remote control to click "source" or "source" to select "digital tv or dtmb or ground digital or ground reception, live tv or the signal source of the digital signal of the corresponding country" smart tv (new type) select "tv or tv" and confirm.
